ELIGIBILITY

In order to be considered for a scholarship, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

A Chicago area junior high, high school or undergraduate student seeking to receive a tuition-based education
An active participant in a USA Hockey-sanctioned program
Demonstrate financial need
Demonstrate good character
Maintain satisfactory academic record (generally, a 2.0 grade point average on a standard 4.0 scale)
Maintain satisfactory behavioral record
